This Meditation with Lee will allow for some time to contemplate with deep listening and asking the self with deep listening not intellect but with the body.


Self care BE AWARE;
In this episode Lee is offering a free Meditation, some times the feelings which might come up can be unsettling , always open your eyes and breath deeply, do noting, notice things around the room to ground yourself. meditation can bring up strong feelings if we are not used to being quite, during and after.
